THE Hanson G260 Pro Modified engine is one of Hansons most popular engines. Modifications include lightweight piston, increased compression, enlarged exhaust, intake and transfer ports, increased intake and exhaust timings, a balanced flywheel, recoil ring, big bore WT257 carb .
A balanced and trued crankshaft, bearing set for crankshaft end play and low drag seals can be fitted for an extra £25.95

The Zenoah G260 Marine is a powerfull and reliable petrol engine straight out of the box and ready to go. Fitted with a twin needle Walbro 644 carburettor its performance is quite outstanding for a petrol engine.

Zenoah 300PUM 29.5cc NEW with 36mm bore piston and the EZ pullstarter to make starting much easier and quicker. plus1048 carb.

Hansons most powerful Zenoah engine producing 5.9HP @ 17,000 rpm, with 5HP still being produced@ 18,000rpm. Engine will be customer set timing, depending on your application. Engine has 1mm stroker crankshaft,  M-cut lightweight piston with increased compression, enlarged inlet & exhaust port race timed, extensive transfer port modifications, trued & balanced crankshaft with bearings set for end play with low drag seals, bored out and bell mouthed 257 or 1048 carb. and balanced flywheel
As the engines are custom made delivery is approx. 2 weeks from the States.

ZENOAH 320PUM; . This latest engine has a new crankshaft/connecting rod combination, two bearings on the flywheel side and a new output side seal. It is the latest upgraded version with the stronger crankshaft assembly. A very powerfull engine with everything you would expect from Zenoah. Engine is fitted with electonic ignition, a big bore 1048 carb and the EZ pullstart for easier starting

Zenoah complete recoil pullstart and housing

Genuine Zenoah EZ pullstart. A much easier to use pullstart than the standard recoil drive dog one fitted to marine engines. Comes with all parts required to easily fit, Complete instructions sheet included.

It's supplied with Zenoah clutch shoes, clutch housing, all mounting hardware and Aeromarine collett with your choice of round or square drive. The clutch is designed to be used with one of our clutch mounts or any mount using the Zenoah bolt pattern.

BHHanson 90 degree Aluminum header,  with 2" elbow offset..

Heavy duty male/female bobbin 1" x 3/4" as used in the BHHAnson mount and many of the American engine mounts with unc. threads.  A very strong bobbin ideal for petrol engine mounts. Complete with stainless steel nut, washers and bolt."

Exhaust flange gasket

Spare 3.5mm x 22mm i.d. Orange silicone "O" rings to fit all of the the 22mm watercooled headers plus tuned pipes..

Genuine Tygon petrol fuel tubing which stays flexible, 3.2mm bore

22mm I.D. cooling ring to give extra cooling to the aluminum manifold, complete with brass water nipples and sealing O rings.

Allows the exhaust to be brought to the centre of the boat

Zenoah water pump complete with piping and Iso Block. A must for engines fitted with a clutch but can be used without a clutch being fitted. Water is being circulated at all speeds.

Needs to have the modified carb Isolation block with a pressure nipple fitted

CS62 NO LEAK exhaust flange. CNC aluminium watercooled flange that does not allow the possibility of a water leak into the exhaust gas and is machined so that the viton o-rings stay in position. Fits most 22mm 7/8" header pipes and includes one set of viton o-rings..
